I completely agree that you should go with your gut instinct. I also feel that a good interior designer will always take into account what your likes and dislikes are and not force their personal preferences onto you.

With regards to #4 and #5, this advice can also be applied when deciding whether or not a realtor is for you.

Will Obama’s Stimulus Plan Work?

Money TreeThe current state of the economy has been on the minds of many Americans and there’s been much buzz about the latest stimulus plan and whether or not it will work.

Being an optimist by nature, I only hope for the best. The housing crisis is not going to be a quick fix. There seems to be so many factors involved and much of it is beyond my comprehension. Plus I know there is so much more going on behind closed doors that the government and banking industry don’t want to tell us, but that’s a whole other story.

Anyhow, the Team Aguilar blog has a post that does a good job of outlining some of the details on Obama’s plan for saving homes.
